This Privacy Notice applies to data processing in connection with the following purposes of the European Economic & Marketing Consultants - EE&MC GmbH (hereinafter: "EE&MC"), Kennedydamm 24, 40476 Düsseldorf.

The handling of your data provided by EE&MC takes place in accordance with the legal regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Personal information is information that personally identifies you. (for example, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number).

The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

What are the data processing purposes?

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest of EE&MC in data processing results from the aforementioned purposes. In no case EE&MC does make use of the collected data to draw conclusions about you.

The personal data collected when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request. They are only collected if you provide them to EE&MC by yourself in the contact form above or in e-mails. The data processing for the purpose of establishing contact with EE&MC takes place pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO voluntarily. Without your personal details, EE&MC does not know from whom the request originated, cannot contact you and cannot answer your request. Further information is also voluntary. Your personal data will be used exclusively to process your specific request. In addition, EE&MC collects, processes, and uses your personal data only if you have given your consent or if EE&MC is obliged to do so, cf. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a and c DSGVO.

As far as on this website juristic-scientific contents are communicated, e.g. if your personal data are not already public in the specific context, processing of personal data takes place in anonymised or pseudonymised form (§ 28 Abs. 1 DSG NRW), unless you have one use of your personal data also for these purposes before consented.

Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable laws and will only be stored for as long as it is

  • necessary for the fulfillment and settlement of agreements that you or your company conclude with EE&MC, including pre-contractual measures that are carried out at your request (article 6 (1) sentence 1, lit. DSGVO);
  • require legal obligations, in particular statutory retention and documentation obligations (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter c DSGVO), such as for submission to and examination by financial, tax and supervisory authorities; - according to the Civil Code or the Commercial Code i. d. A transmission of your personal data to third parties takes place only if

  • You have given your express consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR);
  • the transfer is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you or your company (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
  • there is a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR);
  • disclosure is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

EE&MC is obligated to keep your personal data factually correct and up-to-date (Article 5 (1) (d) GDPR). Please help to fulfill this obligation by communicating changes to your data!

Information about the collection of personal data

The use of our website is usually possible without providing further personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

Privacy statement for the use of Google reCaptcha

We use the Google reCaptcha service to determine whether a person or a computer makes a specific entry in our contact or newsletter form.
